At Hotel MareFiera, the cuisine is mainly prepared by Danilo, the hotel owner who has had just one dream since he was a little boy: to become a chef!
At 19 years of age, this desire became reality precisely in the hotel’s kitchen where, every day, he manages to satisfy the palates and tastes of all his guests.
Danilo’s cuisine is traditional, with dishes from our beautiful Romagna, to which he adds a touch of innovation.
Pasta is always homemade, with sauces prepared freshly every day using products bought at the city’s market or from trusted local suppliers, personally selected by Danilo.
In the Hotel MareFiera kitchen nothing is ready-made or pre-prepared; everything is made fresh, from scratch and using only seasonal produce.
Our culinary strengths?
First courses served with fish sauce and freshly-fried fish that’s well worth waiting for!
And then naturally… piadina and carefully-selected local cheeses and cold cuts.
But be careful! Just a taste and you’ll be hooked.
Breakfast:
Sweet and savoury buffet breakfast, homemade cakes, croissants, fresh bread, jams and marmalades, cereals and yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses and fruit juices.
Lunch and dinner:
Every day we offer a vast selection of meat or fish, accompanied by a buffet of fresh seasonal vegetables.
And for those who travel in winter too or those visiting Rimini for fairs or congresses, from October to March, subject to pre-booking, Danilo can prepare special corporate lunches or dinners with personalised meat or fish menus.
